GAME OF RULES

There are two friends who invented a game of rule to play in their free time. In the game they will take the positions as presidents (or prime ministers) of their imaginary countries. One will ask questions and the other will answer, outlining policies that they think are the best for their countries. Then one will criticize the other’s until they come up with solutions that both of them agree upon. They often use current world events as examples or topics for their game play. It’s a silly, childish game anyway, lack entertainment, really.

– Hand on a minute, I just heard that the Court of Appeals in California has rejected Donald Trump’s travel ban and ruled that ‘nor has it shown that failure to enter a stay would cause irreparable injury, and we therefore deny its emergency motion for a stay’. If you are president in a similar case, what would you do?

– I certainly would go to supreme court, but moreover I will make sure that those judges would be held responsible for anything happens to the citizens after that. I will proclaim to the whole country that because the judges second-guessed national security matters from their benches, any harm, injury or death that intentionally caused by people from that 7 countries (who came into America after the ban was blocked nationwide by the Seattle judge) to American citizens will be on their heads for the rest of their lives. They must be held accountable for their decision. They only care the ban would hurt business profit of Microsoft, Amazon (as it was written in their ruling) but not the lives of American citizens.

– Can we tell the public straightforward like that?

– Yes, we can. The method is how to use words properly. And I will instruct the Homeland Security to keep track of all refugees came from those 7 countries, especially who came in after that date.

– But, the past attack list is still in the plan, right?

– Yes, it does. As I said, we need transparency and factual information in order to defeat the left.

– Now, back to the things you said before. What is the second thing you want to do?
