Daily Bible

Today we will pray especially for the poor who are struggling with the economic depression happening around the globe. We pray for people in Vietnam and the third world countries to have enough food for their survival. We will also pray for neighboring Canada to be able feeding themselves amid food shortages because of the plunging national currency. The Canadian dollar has been declined more than a year and now it is impossible to control the price of food that is usually imported from other nations, particular fresh food and vegetables (Canada imports around 80% of them every year). The verse for today is:
(Isaiah 41: 17) The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the Lord will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
(Ê-sai 41: 17) Những kẻ nghèo nàn thiếu thốn tìm nước mà không được, lưỡi khô vì khát; nhưng ta, Đức Giê-hô-va, sẽ nhậm lời họ; ta, Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên, sẽ không lìa bỏ họ đâu.
