(Isaiah 14: 14) I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.

One of the big problems in explaining the human origin according to the Bible is the question about Satan’s power in creating a living thing (apes that walked upright and later on becoming humans as evolutionists have believed).

According to the Bible, the main reason that made Satan became enemy of God is his arrogance, his pride. He possesses a tremendous power so big that he thought he should be equal to God (as indicated in the quoting verse above). We should remember that Satan was created by God and was one of His angels before he became His enemy (Isaiah 14: 12, Matthew 13: 25, 39). His great power was given by God to serve Him. He was given free will, too. That’s why he rebelled against God.
