When CBS tried to edit a video clip and transcript to remove Bill Clinton comment that his wife has been in bad health for a long time and has been fainted frequently, it became an example of putting political favor before national interest. It seems that nowadays, not only politicians, but other people as well, in all kinds of professions, consider their personal or party interest more important than this nation’s. Patriotism becomes vague word to make the person says it look good but does not have any real meaning, real love or encourage any real action to this nation anymore. Even when soldiers go to war, it’s because politicians say so. They has been wasting precious American’s blood for the benefits of their political allies. They shook hands, they kissed each others’ cheeks in every meeting, they invited each others to ball rooms, to golf courts while sending young men and women out to be killed on battlefield, then they retired in glory, in comfort, in richness, with names in history while young American died in rows, thousands upon thousands in endless wars that they have made. Every time we see those career politicians, on television, on newspapers, we only see the death of young Americans that they have sent to their graves. The Bible says one day all of their doing must be answered before God and He will judge them according to their deeds. The verse for today is:
(2Corinthians 5: 10) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
