Daily Bible
Although we are all sinners in this life except babies and young children, there are always many people who never want to repent or to live in peace with anyone. They must commit crime to satisfy their criminal desires. Many experts think that environment and circumstances can help to make change in a person’s life to be better. But somehow it never be true to some people. They committed crimes when they were poor, then they continued to commit crimes when their lives were better or even when they were already rich. There are criminals in all walks of live: farmers, workers, teachers, priests, politicians, bankers, lawyers, musicians, actors, presidents, prime ministers, queens and kings… And many of them never want to truly repent despite all kind of religions, treatments recommended to them. Worse there are some religions that encourage their followers commit atrocities as a way to express their faith. Jesus had said about those people two thousand years ago and called them tares. He also explained that tares are sons of Satan. In His parable in the book of Matthews chapter 13 Jesus lets us know that when God created Adam in Eden, Satan, in his wicked scheme to sabotage God’s plan, created his own children in the outside world. Because he does not have much power like God, his children looked more like gorillas than humans. But for thousands of year they evolved into human form without a soul. That’s why in this world there are always two kinds of humans: one that can be able to repent for their sins, and one that never want to repent. Therefore the verse for today is:
(Matthews 13: 38) The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one.
(Ma-thi-ơ 13: 38) Ruộng là thế gian; giống tốt, là con cái nước thiên đàng; cỏ lùng, là con cái quỉ dữ.
