Daily Bible

The wild fire in California has been raging for many weeks and caused many deaths and destruction for people in the areas. Experts hope that the fire will be contained and stopped very soon (53% in the Valley and 70% in the Butte). In the last few years America has been facing many kinds of disaster that affecting hundreds of thousands of lives. In spiritual sense, it’s a sign of heavenly judgment on this nation, but most of people seems to push it aside, considering it as some normal activities of nature. That’s the tendency of human reaction until everything is too late. God always has mercy on humans and He often gives people a chance to come back, to repent, but humans never want themselves to take it. There will be a lot of regret at the end, when the judgment comes. The verse for today is:
(Ecclesiastes 8: 11) Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
