Tomorrow world’s athletes will be competing at Rio de Janeiro. For million of people, watching them will be a fascinating event. Everyone knows that it’s real hard to get an Olympic medal and all of the athletes will try their best to have one. In spiritual world it is also hard to suppress one’ self and win over temptation regardless of whatever it is. Perhaps it is harder than getting an Olympic medal because there’s only a few who can be able to live an upright life and just. That’s why we pray daily to ask for help from God. The verse for today is:
(Proverbs 16: 32) He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.
