Daily Bible

It’s sad to see this society is divided into groups of people based on their skin colors. The violence and distrust between them becomes deeper over time. We hope some days it will be subdued and people will come back to their senses. When people turn away from God, society easily becomes jungle in which whoever has the best weapon will be triumph over others. That’s why politicians has equipped the police with military grade weaponry like they are on real war battlefield. At the same time the government uses every kind of excuses to disarm the populace, making sure that their control is absolute without any resistance. That’s why they set up law for the people while they are acting with impunity, treating themselves above the law, breaking every law they has made. We do not want any part in this kind of warfare between government and the citizenry, between political ruling class and the common people. In the meantime, we continue to pray for this country and hope that someday Americans will come back to God so that He can heal this nation. The verse for today is:
(Jeremiah 2: 13) For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the Fountain of Living Waters, and hewn themselves cisterns, broken cisterns that can hold no water.
