Daily Bible
On this day, 31 years ago, the civil war in Vietnam ended and the South fall into the hands of the Communists. Millions of people died during the war and millions more died after that in education camps, in jungles and on the high sea. That memories never fade from our mind. Our father lost his company, lost his job and then melancholy killed him. It’s also the fate of many hard working men who labored all of their lives to give support to their families, to put food on tables every day, to send their sons and daughters to schools and colleges. After the war they lost all of their possessions, all of their hope and even their lives. We, the fatherless children, struggled through our childhood, to grow up, to survive, learned how to be silent when facing injustice, how to scrap things for provision, how to swallow inedible food, how to sleep night after night with the empty stomach. We live but many did not. We know God has His purpose when reserving our lives. We don’t hate, we don’t want to get back to anyone, we just live, that’s all. We only want to use our lives to thank God, to glorify Him, be grateful to Him. Now, in America, more than 30% of the young adults under 30 want to have socialism in this country. May God have mercy on all of us. The verse for today is:
(Isaiah 55: 3) Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live.
(Ê-sai 55: 3) Hãy nghiêng tai, và đến cùng ta; hãy nghe ta, thì linh hồn các ngươi được sống.
