Daily Bible
Today we pray for Christians who have been working so hard to have the Bible translated into every kind of languages spoken around the world. There are news report that in 2015 the Bible has been translated into 50 more languages that are used by almost 160 million people. In total the Bible has been translated into 563 different languages for more than 5.1 billion people in the world. Christian scholars and translators have been working constantly trying to have the Bible in sign language for the deft and in Braille for the blinds as well. We pray for them to be successful so that God’s words can spread more widely and deeply into every culture, every society, every language. We also pray for Christians and churches to give more help and financial support to those working scholars and translators. Most importantly, may the Holy Spirit explain His words to every reader of the Bible. The verse for today is:
(Romans 15: 4) For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
(Rô-ma 15: 4) Vả, mọi sự đã chép từ xưa đều để dạy dỗ chúng ta, hầu cho bởi sự nhịn nhục và sự yên ủi của Kinh thánh dạy mà chúng ta được sự trông cậy.
